Because The Executive Treatment involves significant travel and preparation time, we enforce a strict cancellation policy to protect our specialists' schedules:

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or glass-rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service total.

• Same-Day / No-Show: Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment or failing to be present at the designated location will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

• Location Access: Please ensure the barber has clear access to the location. If the barber is unable to enter the premises or perform the service due to location issues, it will be treated as a No-Show.
